Meet Denise  -  Your Guide & Ally

Hi, I’m Denise ~ Certified Travel Associate (CTA), Verified Travel Advisor (VTA), agency mentor, and founder of Develop the Magic, LLC. I also proudly lead Reach for the Magic Destinations, a boutique agency built on heart, strategy, and the magic of connection.

I’ve spent over 18 years in the travel industry and nearly a decade building and leading my own successful agency. Along the way, I’ve worn the same hats you have: recruiter, learning guide, cheerleader, strategist, and, let’s be honest, chief plate-spinner.

​

I created Develop the Magic because I saw a clear gap between what independent travel advisors actually need to succeed and what was being offered. Passionate new advisors were floundering from lack of structure, and overwhelmed agency owners didn’t have the time or tools to build everything from scratch.

​

That’s where I come in.

​

As a leader and educator, I believe in empowering others through clarity, compassion, and practical systems. My approach blends real-world industry expertise with a people-first mindset (thanks, Sociology degree!) - plus a whole lot of optimism, curiosity, and heart.

Through my work, I’ve helped travel advisors go from hesitant to confident, and agency owners build stronger onboarding, more inclusive learning environments, and scalable systems that reduce burnout and deepen impact.
